Obituary of Mabel Skeates

Peacefully with her son by her side at the Guelph General Hospital Monday afternoon November 23, 2009. The former Mabel Barnes of Guelph formerly of Sauble Beach in her 90th year. Beloved wife of the late Jack Skeates. Loving mother of Doug and his wife Carla of Australia. Lovingly remembered by her two granddaughters; Jenny and Laura and two great grandchildren; Cameron and Madeleine. Dear friend of Irene and Vic Whibley, Cindy and Bruce Clayton and Helen and Robert Kerr all of Guelph. Fondly remembered by her many friends of Sauble Beach. Funeral Service will be conducted from the DOWNS AND SON FUNERAL HOME Hepworth Thursday morning at 11:00 am with Rev. Gerry Hofstetter officiating. Visitation one hour prior to service.
