Obituary of Albert Leslie MacDonald

Peacefully at the Grey Bruce Health Services in Owen Sound Friday evening December 18th, 2009. Bert MacDonald of Owen Sound in his 90th year. Beloved husband of the late former June McIntosh. Loved father of Tom and his wife Nancy of Sauble Beach. Lovingly remembered by his two grandchildren; Ryan (Tanya) and Ashley (Jason) all of Shallow Lake and two great grandchildren; Alyssa and Jackson. Dear brother of Isobelle and her husband Vince Farrow of Owen Sound. Dear brother-in-law of Shirley Brown of Owen Sound. Special friend of Alice Close of Owen Sound. Bert was a veteran of WWII. Bert's final thoughts were for people to smile each day, have a beer and thank a Vet. At Bert's request, a private family graveside service will be held at Greenwood Cemetery, Owen Sound.
