Obituary of Ethel Mailloux

Peacefully and with dignity with family by her side at the Country Lane Nursing Home in Chatsworth Tuesday afternoon March 16, 2010. The former Ethel McClarty of Owen Sound formerly of Sauble Beach and Tilbury in her 96th year. Beloved wife of the late Joseph Mailloux. Loving mother of Mary Lou of Sauble Beach, Paul and his wife Rose of Petersburg, David and his wife Elverna of Nanaimo, B.C. and Cathy Knight and her husband Gary of Guelph. Special Mom to Sue. Lovingly remembered by her grandchildren; Jordan, Carmen and her fiancé Garry, Christopher and his wife Louise, Brent & Christine, Travis, Kylee & Guillaume and Adam and great-grandchildren; Josh, Jordan, Brianna & Wyatt. Loved sister of Mary Eastaugh of Owen Sound. Also survived by several nieces and nephews. Predeceased by her parents Harry and Mary McClarty, one brother Justin, three sisters; Margaret Watson, Kathleen McClarty and Leone Leeder. Friends may call at the DOWNS AND SON FUNERAL HOME Hepworth Friday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 pm. Funeral Mass will be conducted from St. Mary's Catholic Church, Owen Sound Saturday morning at 11:00 am. Interment St. Francis Cemetery, Tilbury. Memorial contributions to the Diabetes Association would be appreciated as your expression of sympathy.
