At Sunnybrook Hospital in Toronto Friday evening January 8, 2010. The former Mary Simmie of Toronto formerly of Owen Sound and Wiarton in her 82nd year. Beloved wife of the late Albert (Al) Britt. Loved mother of John of Toronto and Stephen of Royal Oak, Michigan. Dear mother-in-law of Michael Johnson of Guelph. Lovingly remembered by her 6 grandchildren and many nieces and nephews. Predeceased by her daughter Sandra Johnson, son Donald, 4 sisters; Dorothy, June, Glenna, Helen and one brother Donald Simmie. Funeral Service will be conducted from the DOWNS AND SON FUNERAL HOME, Hepworth Thursday afternoon January 14th at 3:00 pm with Rev. Gerry Hofstetter officiating.
