Obituary of Sara Duthler

Peacefully with her family by her side at the Saugeen Memorial Hospital in Southampton Thursday evening May 4, 2006. The former Sara Den Hamer of Southampton formerly of Sauble Beach and Hamilton in her 92nd year. Beloved wife of the late John William Duthler. Sara and her husband John were the founders of Duthler Textiles Limited. Loving mother of Bill and his wife Henny of Sauble Beach, Sarie and her husband Gordon Young of Holland, Audrey and her husband Hank Boer of St. Catharines, Gary and his wife Hendrika of Edmonton, Alberta and Jannette and her husband Ben Vanderlugt of Markham. Lovingly remembered by her many grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Also survived by two sisters of Holland. Predeceased by two sons; Josje and Basje, a daughter Alice Duthler and two great-grandchildren Nathan and Jordan Plugers. Friends may call at the DOWNS AND SON FUNERAL HOME Hepworth Monday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 pm. Funeral Service will be conducted from the First Christian Reformed Church, Owen Sound Tuesday morning at 11:00 am with Rev. George Holtof officiating. Interment Zion Cemetery.
