Obituary of John Robert Currie

Suddenly at the University Hospital in London Thursday evening March 30, 2006 as the result of an automobile accident. John Currie of R.R.#1, Hepworth in his 69th year. Beloved husband of the former Lillian Walker. Loving father of Cathy and her husband Gary Cavers of R.R.#1, Hepworth and Bill and his wife Marg of Hepworth. Lovingly remembered by his seven grandchildren; Becky (Rick), Cindy (Brent), Carey (Dave), John, Billy Joe (Christie), Dan and Amanda and his three great-grandchildren; Misty Lynne, Sara and Angel. Dear brother of Gladys Finn of Ottawa. Predeceased by one sister; Lizie and three brothers Danny, Oliver and Stanley (Mike). Friends may call at the DOWNS AND SON FUNERAL HOME Hepworth Monday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 pm. Funeral Service will be conducted from Zion Amabel United Church, Sauble Beach Tuesday morning at 11:00 am with Rev. Chuck Beaton officiating. Spring interment Zion Cemetery.
