Obituary of Alice Young

Peacefully at Kelso Pines Retirement Lodge in Owen Sound Sunday evening May 29, 2011. The former Alice McNair of R.R. #1 Wiarton in her 91st year. Beloved wife of the late Wesley Young. Loving mother of Ted of Guelph and Wanda and her husband Douglas Hill of Owen Sound. Lovingly remembered by her 3 grandchildren; Trevor Hill (Jenny) of Waterloo, Christopher Hill of Owen Sound and Darren Hill (Lynsey) of Southampton and her great-grandson Zakkary Young of London. Dear sister of Ella Mae Barfoot and Juanita Noble. Predeceased by her grandson Richard Young, 3 brothers; Emerson, Charles, Harvey and 2 sisters; Eva McNair and Eileen Martindale. Also survived by several nephews and nieces. Friends may call at the DOWNS AND SON FUNERAL HOME Hepworth Tuesday evening from 7 to 9 pm. Funeral Service will be conducted from the Funeral Home Wednesday afternoon at 2:00 pm with Rev. Roger Millar officiating. Interment Bayview Cemetery, Wiarton.
