Obituary of Catherine Jenny McAlpine

Peacefully at Gateway Haven Nursing Home, Wiarton early Sunday morning August 23, 2015. Kay McAlpine (nee Lind) of Wiarton and formerly of Oliphant and King City in her 89th year. Beloved wife of the late George McAlpine and the late Rene Langvin. Missed by step-son Allan and his wife Jean of Bramalea. Predeceased by son Charles 'Chuck' McApline (2009), brothers William, Sheldon and Donald and sister Doreen. The funeral tribute service to honour Kay's life will be held at GATEWAY HAVEN NURSING HOME, 671 Frank Street, Wiarton on Thursday, September 3, 2015 at 3:00 pm Rev. Jack Fearnall officiating. Interment Glendale Memorial Gardens, Etobicoke. Arrangements entrusted to the DOWNS AND SON FUNERAL HOME, Hepworth. Expressions of remembrance to Zion Amabel United Church, Sauble Beach or the Canadian Cancer Society would be appreciated.
