Dear Don and Ann;
I worked with Phil at Bruce Power. Then, in the last few years, I saw him occasionally at The Stone Tree where we'd have a chat.
Phil was always pleasant and easy going. When I was singing, sometimes, Phil would jokingly sing along with me. At other times, we'd get into chats during which we'd sort out all of life's problems.
He was a stalwart heart whom I was always glad to see. He never complained about his health challenges which I thought was laudable. I'll miss seeing him and chatting with him but he'll always be a pleasant memory.
I hope your fond memories of Phil with carry you through your grief at his passing.
Bernard Donviile

My condolences to the family on the passing of Phil. I had the pleasure of being Phil's apprentice for a while at Lummus in 1970. I remember a lot of laughs and being tuned in as well for "talkin' back" . So sorry for your loss.
