So sorry to hear that our dear friend Paul has passed away. I was the girl who lived across the corner from Paul, Bert and family over 60 years ago. Knew both boys all my life and really got to know Paul better last time he moved back home to Hanover. He always chuckled when I called him by his nickname Pollywog. Many good memories of this family.
My deepest sympathies to Trudy and my dear Aunt Eleanor. This has been a hard few weeks for our families with the loss of my parents Grant and Ada Triebner January 3rd and now Paul. What a reunion there must be in heaven but so hard on us left behind. I have many memories of Burton and Paul visiting our farm when I was a child.
We knew Paul,Burton and their Mother for many years going back to their time living in Hanover prior to moving North. They were a lovely family and had a great sense of caring.
Re-connected with Paul when he moved back to Hanover more recently Many good conversations of the 'good old days'. Also chatted regularly at MacDonalds.
May you rest in peace Paul. You have earned your rest.
