HURST, Robert Ezra suddenly at Wiarton Hospital Sunday October 13, 2019. Robert Hurst of South Bruce Peninsula in his 78th year. Beloved husband of Jeannette Hurst (nee Gibbons) for 57 years. Cherished father of Brenda Wright and her husband Tim of Kincardine, Tom Hurst and his wife Lindsay of Hepworth, and Lisa Hurst of South Bruce Peninsula. Loving grandfather of Jeromy (Victoria), Niki (Keith), Jason (Jessica), Matthew (Dennis), Stacey (Jason), Damian, Allie, Felicia (Karen) and David (Courtney) and great grandfather of Jeridan, Nevaeh, Gabriel, Olyvia, Jori, Lidia, Natalie-Jade, Warren, Zoey, Jermey, and Vanessa. Dear brother of Amy Noble, Jim (Donna), Linda Richardson (Norman), John (Cathy), Ed (Carol) and Clarice Shaw (Jim). Brother-in-law of Lorne, Ola, George (Nancy), Shirley (Bev), Fran, Fred (Marg), and Joe (Cathy). Predeceased by parents Minerva (nee Knight) and Robert James Hurst, parents-in-law Beatrice (nee Uhrig) and Russell Gibbons, and brothers and sisters-in-law Tom McMillian, Angus (Bertha), Joan, Howard, Betty, John, and Jerry. Friends may call at the DOWNS AND SON FUNERAL HOME, Hepworth on Thursday from 2:00 to 4:00 p.m and 7:00 to 9:00 p.m. The funeral service will be conducted from the Hepworth Baptist Church on Friday at 11:00 a.m. Interment Colpoy's Bay Cemetery.
