RADBOURNE, Joy Ella-Marie peacefully at Chapman House, Owen Sound, Monday April 13, 2020. Joy Radbourne of Arkwright in her 60th year. Beloved wife of the late Otto Plobner. Cherished mother of Amy Long of Mississauga, Aaron Matthews and his partner Grace Pierrot of Tara, step mother of Krystal Lewis and her wife Lisa of Bowmanville and Emily Valles of Cambridge. Loving grandmother of Ashlyn, Selena and Eden. Dear sister of Brenda Hatcher (Miles) of Orillia, Shawn Radbourne (Tracy) of Guelph, Calvin Radbourne (Laurie) of Owen Sound and Brian Radbourne (Maureen) of Allenford. Missed by several nieces, nephews, cousins and her dog Bella. Predeceased by parents Beatrice (nee Lennox) and Bruce Radbourne and sister Patricia Jewell.
