I am always thinking of you brother. I miss you every single day, every hour. I know you are looking down on me, our siblings, and your beloved pets and father. Nana must be taking amazing care of you. I see you every day in the generosity of people, the passionate stubbornness I use to fight accessibility issues, and the pride in our world. I sleep with your blanket each and every night. I use your legacy in my teaching education. I hope you are finally comfortable. I dream of you walking freely with a huge smile on your face. God, I love you so much. My world feels empty but it will get easier. Rest in peace brother. You are so loved!

I’ve know Benjamin Williamson since high school.
Benjamin was such an incredible person to have met. The many times we would talk in the hallways and trade ideas is still fresh in my mind. He was so incredibly bright and such an understanding individual. May he rest well and know that he will be missed.

I am so sorry to learn about Benjamin's passing, and my heart goes out to his friends and family members. I was fortunate to have had Ben as student in one of my university classes, and his example of how to deal with adversity was an inspiration to me and the other students. You've moved on Ben, but you'll always stay in our hearts and minds.

So very sorry to hear this and for your family's loss, although I never had a chance to meet up with Benjamin I felt a connection to him through my late wife Sarah Klages (his teacher). He had the highest regard for her and kept in touch through her struggles and watched our family grow through facebook updates with Thomas and even had a chance to visit with Sarah's final resting place in Tobermory. Rest in peace Benjamin!

Ben was tenacious, not letting his physical abilities get in his way. I saw Ben regularly in the Guidance Office at Williams High School as he worked hard to gain the education that he knew he needed to be able to advocate for others. He engaged in the political process making connections to assist him in the high goals that he held for himself. He achieved physical changes in the school to make it more accessible for him and all further students with any disability. Hearing a “no” from someone was only a starting point for Ben as continued on with his quest for a better and more fulfilling life. I assisted him with fundraising at a local restaurant. Sorry that I lost touch with him after I retired. You were a force Ben and I wish you peace.

I worked in the high school that Ben attended. He had a tenacious spirit and was a strong advocate for the disabled. May he Rest In Peace.

I have known Ben since High school. We had lunch together almost every day. We laughed and talked about everything as we walked to the elevator together and I tried to figure out how to work it. He showed me how. We went to see his teachers because he needed to see them. I remember him saying " to give them heck". Ben was kind, understanding and always ready to listen. I will really miss him dearly. Rest in peace my friend.
