My thoughts are with you all. When I first met Charon she informed me that she was Charon spelled with a C. She really enjoyed playing bid euchre and through the frienship club in Lions Head was where I met her. She will be missed.

Our sincere condolences to Valerie, David, Kim, Jon and Bailey. I will miss my yearly Christmas updates and news, visits and coffee during the summer and her joyful, funny and at times crazy personality that has spanned 5 decades! Charon always brought a smile and warm embrace to my heart with memories of days passed. I know she will continue to bring fun, joy and entertainment above as she reconnects with friends, family and Bud.

I met Charon a few years ago through Bruce Peninsula Hospice. Her sense of humor and her willingness to give back to her community were admirable. She will be missed in Stokes Bay especially and I will miss seeing her at community events with her crazy hair and great big laugh. Rest in peace Charon.

Whenever I met Charon, she had that big smile on her face, and we joked about each of us being old. I knew her from teaching, the arena, and just round about town. She was so proud of her family. Kim and John, you were special to her. I will think of her often and remember her with that smile.
