Obituary of Martin Schnurr

SCHNURR, George Martin peacefully at Gateway Haven Nursing Home, Wiarton Wednesday October 7, 2020.  Martin Schnurr of Wiarton and formerly of Park Head in his 84th year. Beloved husband of the late Linda (nee Taylor) Schnurr (2019). Cherished father of Tyson and his wife Danielle, Trevor Taylor and his wife Kelly and Jennifer Soanes and her husband Doug.  Loving grandfather of Grant, Nicholas, Tristan, Elliott and Rileigh. Dear brother of Lawrence Schnurr, Gerri Korec and her husband Ben and Rosina LeMieux and her husband Andre. Predeceased by parents Martina (nee Goetz) and George Schnurr. Arrangements entrusted to the DOWNS AND SON FUNERAL HOME, Hepworth.

A graveside comittal service will be held at St. Mary's Cemetery, Hepworth on Wednesday, October 14, 2020 at 12:00 p.m. All those wishing to attend  must register in advance by completing the RSVP registration through Martin's page on the funeral home website under Service Information. In accordance with Covid-19 regulations, all those attending are required to wear a mask and social distance.
